We provide our services to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt..

How long will delivery take?

Delivery service within 2-5 working days of payment. –
Our standard delivery service is 2-5 business days. This is a guide only and not a guarantee – we will do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Our next business day service is subject to the provision of vehicles for supply in your area and we will do our best to contact you if the next business day service cannot be met.
In the event of a long delay, we will contact you to inform you. However, we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control.

**Please do not book contract workers or rent equipment before receiving your order – we cannot cover these costs**

What is the cost of transportation and delivery?

The transportation cost is determined after determining the size of the vehicle?

What sizes of cars are available through the company?

Car payload (1/2 ton: 2 tons)
Car payload (3 tons: 8 tons)

Car payload (55 tons: 60 tons)
Car payload (80 tons: 90 tons)

How is my order delivered?

Please note: If delivery fails due to arrival problems or there is no one at the address, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery fee and return fee/redelivery fee.

At what time will my order be delivered

Your order will be received between 6 am to 12 pm. , the carriage may operate after 5 p.m.

Can I set a delivery date?

Due to high demand, we are currently unable to provide a delivery date. Once your order is dispatched, we will contact you before delivery or send you a WhatsApp message to inform you of this as well as tracking information to track the delivery progress.

Do I need to be at the farm or site to receive my order?

Recipient number! As long as you leave us the details of the responsible person about where to submit your request, we need someone present on your farm or site.

Access Restrictions  It is your responsibility as the customer to notify us of any vehicle restrictions that you believe may cause a delivery issue, here are some issues that can cause a delivery time hindrance:

Road weight.
Low hanging trees.
Narrow roads.
Unpaved roads (stitches).

In the event of a delivery failure due to any of the above, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery fee for each vehicle depending on its balance. The delivery cost will vary for bulk and non-bulk loads.

What happens if my order is rejected upon delivery?

If you change your mind and no longer want your order, you will be responsible for the round-trip transportation fees.
